As well as the ubiquitous 2M colinear the station is equipped with several directional beams for HF, VHF and UHF operation.
The HF beam is the TGM MQ24-SR—A 4 band mini hybrid quad (the neighbours would have had me shot if I’d have gone for a full size tri-bander). The beam is featured in the website backdrop and provides resonance on 6M, 10M, 15M and 20M.

The VHF and UHF beams are primarily configured for satellite and ISS operations.
Both beams are from Cushcraft and are a 15 element 70CM yagi and a 10 element 2M yagi mounted on an azimuth and elevation tracking rotator. The rotator is computer controlled for automatic and accurate tracking of satellites, ISS and shuttle orbits. |

After 3 aborted attempts, due to the lack of available helicopters, it’s finally mounted thanks to a homebrew winch from kit from B&Q and brute force. |
